1. Acceptance of Terms

By using, and accessing to the Poetrade website (the “Service”) you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. Poetrade does not need in any particular case to make an amendment in these Terms from time to time and the latest version of these Terms will always be on our site. You need an account to use some of poe.trade’s features. You represent that you are of legal age to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that the information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • Account security: You are responsible for both (1) the confidentiality of your account password and name, and (2) the use that you make of it. You will promptly report any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • Account Termination: Poetrade may freeze/close your account at any time and without warning / consent if you do not respect the present terms or act illegally and/or are an offender.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Poetrade and its services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws while using our platform.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in the following activities:
    • Fraudulent or deceptive activities, including scams or misrepresentation of trades.
    • Spamming, including sending unsolicited messages or advertisements.
    • Uploading harmful software or engaging in hacking, phishing, or malicious activities.
    • Engaging in discriminatory, offensive, or abusive behavior toward other users.
    • Attempting to manipulate or exploit our market pricing system

You agree not to use Poetrade, our services or the content therein: a)Use Poetrade and any of its features in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Compliance with the law: You are in compliance with all local, state and international laws when using Appmixer.
  • Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in the activities described below.
  • Falsification or fraud, including scam or pretend trades.
  • Spam spamming — Unsolicited messages or advertisements.
  • Uploading malware or hacking, phishing or destructive code going on.
  • Discriminating against, harassing, or abusing individuals who use this site.
  • Trying to play with or game our market pricing.

5. Trading and Listings

Poetrade is the marketplace where players can list, buy and sell in game items and currencies. When you list an item on the Service, you undertake to be bound by the following:

  • Item Listings: You will include only items in which you have the legal right to own and trade. It is your responsibility to ensure that upon listing, your products or services do not breach the terms of the publisher or developer of the game.
  • Truth in Advertising: All listings, descriptions and time-tables including price are accurate and not misleading. You agree not to exaggerate or misrepresent the value or availability of any and all items.
  • Finalization of Transaction: Upon consummation of the contract trade, both parties are expected to perform in good faith. Failing to finalize a deal may lead to penalties or the termination of one’s account.
  • Pricing: You may determine your own prices for items listed on our Websites, however you agree that pricing must be reasonable and fair based on the applicable inductry standards.

6. Fees and Payments

Poetrade is completely free for normal use such as browsing and listing gear. But, premium features or transactions might be subject to another fee in future. You will be advised of any charge before you finalise it.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed by third-party payment processors and you agree to the terms of such processors.
  • Refunds: Payments processed through Poetrade are typically not refundable except in cases of fraud.

7. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including listings, comments, feedback, and any other user-generated content (“Content”). By posting Content on Poetrade, you grant Poetrade a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that Content for the purposes of operating the website.

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your Content, but by posting it on Poetrade, you grant us the right to display and distribute it on our platform.
